Then again truth be told I rarely have problematic merge conflicts. 80% it's a composer diff

@richtabor The idea to use the same controls for hiding and locking is interesting, the block editor could do with some consolidation on where things live 👍
Not played with block locking a lot but what if I as a dev need blocks to stay locked? Current makes it harder to find which is 👍

@jamesckemp @gigitux Feels like you'd want to "catch" it earlier before even CI (though it's a good gate).. I suppose doing a non negotiable organisation rule for any AI writing code? ..
It feels like a piece missing to make this happen reliably.

@mark_jansen @SybreWaaijer The REALLY cool kids also did the define( 'SHORTINIT', true ); and manually loaded just the wp-load.php in a custom ajax handler file! 😎
