@zekramu true. their moat seems to be the difficulty of switching as opposed to product quality. will definitely keep that in mind as we build the migration workflow
@zekramu it's hard to point to one thing that is bringing us success because it's a lot of little decisions that add up. biggest thing may be that we combine both the ATS and job board into a single platform. allows us to have a feedback loop with in house data
@ryanbrewer probably last week. but a couple months ago i thought about making heath insurance cheaper by building it on the Internet Computer Protocol. a large percentage of insurance premiums go to company profit. you could cut that out with a decentralized platform
you are your brain. therefore you do not control your thoughts. there would have to be something outside of your brain you consider โyouโ to control your thoughts
@bctrooke@ThePrimeagen@tszzl No. But, if you had no other data to look at it would be better than nothing. I donโt think it should be that controversial. Iโm not advocating for companies firing or hiring based solely on this metric.
health insurance is expensive. a big part of that is going toward health insurance margins and admin costs. someone needs to build a decentralized health insurance platform on the Internet Computer Protocol @dominic_w
@ThePrimeagen@tszzl If a developer does nothing that's 0 lines of code. If they ship something that's some code. Sure generally better code is written in fewer lines, but on a long time horizon it's not a bad metric. You just have to review the code to see if it's slop.
