Hello everyone. We're fully aware that the website is currently down (thanks for the messages). We're now investigating, and we'll report back once we have an update. Sorry for the downtime. @BeesTactical @mbzz66
@HalifaxBank Sorry I forgot to add that my issue occurred on the official TV licencing website (which uses https://t.co/a2isDQUrQj for their payment process) whilst my relative noticed the issue whilst paying for a bill with Southern Water instead. Hope this helps.
@HalifaxBank Hello. I think your '3D Secure Authorisation' process is having problems when paying via Debit card online. The procedure loads an iFrame to make the relevant checks (which is fine) but during the authorisation process it then loads a 404 error inside the iFrame. 1/3
@HalifaxBank A relative of mine has also had the same problem tonight, although they were paying for a water bill instead (on a different card) and were using the Silk web browser on their Amazon Fire Tablet. I hope this technical info is useful. 3/3

Today, my dad cried over the phone, he wanted one week where he could use his computer without my help.
He's blind.
Each inaccessible webpage tells him, "you aren't welcome in this world."
If you don't know whether your website or app is accessible: it's not.
Start learning.
@liran_tal@snyksec I'm not a fan, as it's going to break websites (with no database) that still provide user customisation.
It seems web apps saved onto the device's home screen will disable the 7-day limit (but not every user knows how to do this) and it also doesn't help with Safari on MacOS.
