Hi @OctopusEnergy my gran has had solar panels fitted, and is trying to change tarif to a Fixed Rate version, she’s rang up to sort and your team aren’t being helpful at all. Why aren’t you willing to help an 86 yr old change her tarif and tell her to speak to citizens advice?
