@davidmellor7 @mrgraemefennell @UKRunChat Run/walk strategy from the start may be a good option to keep your heart rate down. Run 4.5km and walk 0.5km and repeat. Use walks to fuel. I know of people who have PB’d with this method but needs discipline. Keep us posted!

Out and about today for a Schedule of Condition on an industrial unit. Spotted suspected Japanese Knotweed during my inspection - fortunately not in the demise of the subject property (yet). Interested to get thoughts of others whether it is JK or not. #surveying #property
