@Oxtale @SkylarkHolly The crop definitely becomes bloated. Epsom salts have helped, along with ejecting contents through holding her upside down, holding her legs and with a finger between her beak. Yoghurt has helped restore the crop to full health.

The speakers have been exemplary and raise interesting questions and promote great discussions. No answers but instead clarity of opinion. Looking forward to the next residential.

First day of the term being a Wed is not helpful for schools who usually opt for two inset days to get the year started. Our hand has been forced to have 3 days of inset. Thankfully we’ve filled them with training & classroom time.
