@SkyUK And get the same answer I did last night. As said before I was told no one from the network team will talk to me and they cannot possibly contact me directly - “You’ll get a text message and you have to call us back” as I was told.
@SkyUK Just spent 60 mins on the phone to support due to terrible broadband service. Constant drop outs and latency since 6.50am on the 17th November. No one from the network team can possibly contact me. Last time this happened the equipemt in the road was full of water!
@SkyUK Yes and I have already done this and was told no one from the network team will talk to me. All you get “your line test is ok” is your router plugged in can you send pictures. It’s quite frankly insulting. I’m getting zero upload speed at the router and 500ms latency.
