@OpticalExpress My feedback is certainly NOT POSITIVE
I would strongly recommend AGAINST using Optical Express. After unsuccessful lens replacement surgery, I was ‘promised’ free of charge top up laser correction surgery but after waiting many months they are now quoting me additional 2k!

@OpticalExpress I have spent a lot of money on eye surgery that hasn’t worked properly. You committed to correcting this but are trying to charge me more for appointments when I had several ‘unnecessary’ check ups. Can you confirm why I’m expected to pay £100 per appointment ?

@OpticalExpress Thank you, however I have been waiting a month for a contact lense fitting already! This needs ti be resolved asap so I can see again! I paid over 7k for an unsuccessful op and there is no urgency to resolve problems.

@OpticalExpress aftercare following my expensive lens replacement has been woeful. Unnecessary appointments have resulted in now being told I need pay additional funds to have pre op contact lenses fitted!! I was informed that all aftercare would be included free!

@OfficialFV extremely disappointed/ frustrated with the service and aftercare from furniture village. I received my corner sofa 6 weeks ago with the incorrect units installed. No urgency, follow up from the Brentwood store or client services despite numerous complaints!! 😡

@bdsdrains Investigated my drain blockage…Charged me over a grand, couldn’t resolve the problem, left a mess and haven’t even sent me a written report and video footage as promised. Junior personnel who didn’t seem to have a clue, absolute con! I need reimbursement!!
