@bcherny love the new preview functionality approach on desktop. However, on windows, I think each agent session will wait-until the preview pain is both opened and the focused session before it can continue which makes multi-session workflows infeasible right now.

I really enjoyed my discussion with @amievaccaro and @jonathanleej for @dimagi’s High-Impact Growth podcast, where I got to talk about Devex’s origin story and how #globaldev is changing. Thanks for having me on! https://t.co/NwaFja21CA
High Impact Growth (https://t.co/LDzonwUTJp) was top 20% in shares, top 15% in follows, and a 5-star rating. I had a ton of fun launching this with co-host @amievaccaro in 2022, and we have a lot of great episodes in 2023. Thank you to our listeners! #spotifywrapped
@paulg@mulagostarr I think the corporate structure is less important than the revenue model and the relationship between impact and profit. Bootstrapping can work (we did it for 20 years) but only if slowly growing revenue aligns to the org's development needs and ability to create impact.
@mulagostarr@paulg Completely agree. I do not think impact investing meets my criteria for building "just" sustainable business with exponential impact. There is very little permanent capital, but not zero.
@prestonpesek@paulg@mulagostarr It can be sustainable by being default alive but having no path to good profits or marginally better than break even. That's not a viable investor return but doesn't make you dependent on others once you get to default alive.
@paulg@mulagostarr In some cases, make it clear to donors or investors that the bet is to break even or make very modest profit but target exponential impact, and only take money if it's aligned. Many SEs try to spin a story around eventually making profit they don't believe and won't achieve.
