Today my Neuro Interventional Radiology team @BHR_hospitals launched our new 7 day a week Mechanical Thrombectomy service for acute onset stroke for across Essex. This is a significant achievement that the whole team is hugely proud of. Well done Radiology 👏🏻
Our staff describe some of the changes that have taken place at our hospitals during Covid-19. This has transformed the way we deliver our services and improved patient care. We're determined to keep improving. It's a new NHS and a new BHRUT - there's no going back!
Proud to see this. It appears that currently @BHR_hospitals has the highest number of treated and discharged patients with Covid19 in London and still maintaining acute regional services including #neurosurgery
