I had a Very Bad experience with @Hertz over Thanksgiving.

This is what happened & the letter I wrote. We are totally fine, & our Thanksgiving ended up wonderful, but I suspect this is a fraudulent business practice, & I want to give it visibility for those who don't or can't.

That was a rough trip, and certainly not ideal, but ultimately @airfrance @delta got me home in time to see my father before he died later that night, and for that I am grateful

My father was admitted to hospice yesterday, so I'm trying to make it home before he dies, and if my AF check-in service in Lisbon at 0330 is indicative of what's to come it's going to be a Long Fucking Day trying to make LIS-CDG-ATL @airfrance @delta
