@awilkinson What’s the best day to take credit card information from customers in a compliant way? This is the only reason I use DocuSign and pay their completely outrageous costs. I tried to use some other tools like Jotform but they were not compliant and I quickly got blocked.

The convenience factor rules out a lot of places I might want to live, like Durango, Telluride or Flagstaff.

@jspujji Jesse, can you give an example of #3? When a team member is not delivering the results they should be, how do you balance the two? I find myself oftentimes swaying too far to one side or the other.
