That should not be the question!!! Foreigners DO NOT FALL UNDER PREVIOUSLY DISADVANTAGED GROUPS which is what the BEE act was designed for. Do we not have capable South African engineering companies??
Not only now are foreigners enjoying an economy that’s supposed to FIRSTLY benefit South Africans by participating in low skill labour jobs , they are also in professions like lecturing and now businesses too??
