Through the 30% barrier - twice! Our tandem team together with colleagues @CSEMInfo in Neuchâtel have developed two highly efficient perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells with 30.9% and 31.3%, respectively, independently certified @NREL.

@a_ginderella Hi, where did you get the information? I've been looking online and couldn't find any confirmation from Paulaner or even where to book tickets
We demonstrated for the first time perovskite/silicon tandem cells based on PERC/POLO Si. It’s intended as a drop-in upgrade to industrial PERC. The proof-of-concept PCE is 21.3% and we estimate a PCE potential of 29.5%

Happy to announce that our work on understaning interfacial recombination is online for all to read in Advanced Energy Materials! Done with @Stolterlab and many other awesome colllaborators :) https://t.co/cZv0tL1dRX
@chickenzee @professor_dave Sure the government matters, what do you think about my Germany comment? I think you'll find that from country to country its the policy that makes the difference. i. e. Brazil with bad policy lots of cases and deaths. Framing it around own sacrifices is selfish. We all made them
@chickenzee @professor_dave Delta variant comes from neither the UK nor the US. I get that you're angry but why not get angry at the people that caused the issue i.e the government. Look at other countries with similar aged populations in Europe like Germany - sensible policy and the incidence rate is v low
@chickenzee @professor_dave 90% + of cases are delta variant which didn't even exist last summer... Reason for this situation is poor government policy
Great work by Jonas on the pathway to 30% #perovskite solar cells.
Oh my God that took forever but it is finally out!
Congratulations to Jonas for being so persistent.

Back in Belgium after his crash at Il Lombardia, @EvenepoelRemco had a message from the hospital for all those who sent him good vibes in the last couple of days.
