📌 Risk of stroke remains fairly low until significant f/u is achieved (i.e., attained age 45y).
📌 NF1 patients were not included in modeling.

@radoncreview @culbert_md We discuss in the paper, there is an excellent article by L. Toussaint which internally validated the suprasellar cistern as a surrogate for circle of Willis dose. Best part, this can be delineated on routine CT planning scans and they provide example figures as well!

@UrologyTimes @DrSpratticus @UMichRadOnc Great read! Would be interested to hear how post-RP incontinence influences your decision/timing for ART and early SRT in lower and higher risk pts. At what time point have these patients had maximum healing and are unlikely to further improve their symptoms with Kegel exercises?
