@HMRCgovuk you keep sending letters to our address for the previous owner over 10 years ago. We have returned numerous times and are still receiving more?
@SAS is there a way to contact yourselves to discuss flight options where you have cancelled a flight? It is booked through a third party and they gave me an option, but are now saying that is not an option and to phone yourselves?
@StagecoachSW Yes we caught but as advised waited an hour. 1307 and 1337 showed on board and said 'Due', but no bus. Got one just after 1400. Man at bus stop said one at 1237 did not turn up either
@StagecoachSW driver said something going on at St Davids but nothing advising this? We saw four buses go that way. Luckily we are seeing someone at hospital rather than appointment, but means less time with them which is still rubbish
@FirstWestYorks It was at 4pm onwards when I sent the post. On both occasions a couple minutes before it was advised the bus was due a bus went by saying 'Not in service'
@HMRCcustomers keep receiving tax letters for former owner of property we bought almost ten years ago. Have sent back saying not at this address, but still getting them. Could not find a contact on website, so how do we resolve please?

@bookingcom Took money for flights but then said no longer available at that price. Said money will be returned within 2-4 days so no booking and no money. Phoned and been advised nothing can do and is 72 hour wait to speak to a manager #poorcustomerservice#crapservice
