What can be more personal authentic to 5th grade boys than skateboard tricks and circles / angles! Great time to review those angles are radii and a straight angle would be the diameter. Great way to connect it all together!

@Prime_ary_Gal This is an activity straight out of Math Investigations that LCPS tried to adopt years ago but got such a bad rep. We used 24 area squares to create fraction proportions for halves, fourths, eighths, etc and then were able to find equivalence and add!
