@TfL Due to the wrong Platform being shown at Liverpool Street tonight the wrong train was taken and the complaints form is now not working online is there a customer service email address to contact?

@KFC_UKI your Hatfield store is such a disappointment. I had to explain my order 4 times as the staff member couldn’t understand 2x 3 piece variety meal and then once I left and got home they only gave me 1 portion of chips and missed 3 pieces of chicken out.
Refund required!!
@easyJet Speedy boarding is a con. Everyone was let on the plan at the same time and we were sitting at the front. Once we got on we had to put our hand luggage halfway up the plane. Pointless. #wasteofmoney
