MAJOR UPDATE: @RickAddante was just served with a temporary injunction and ordered to surrender his firearms to the Melbourne Sheriff’s Office. Addante is being sued by Professor Brandon May of Florida Tech.
Last year, Addante publicly exposed how officials like Brandon at @FloridaTech allegedly discussed rebranding “climate change” initiatives with different language to keep receiving funding and play the system. Addante previously filed a separate whistleblower lawsuit against FIT that remains pending.
Matthew Tyrmand, the former board member of Project Veritas, is attempting this similar litigation tactic against James O’Keefe currently that May is attempting against Addante.
ai is a tool that can synthesize all the data that it can be trained on, more than any human can accomodate , and provide answers to questions , based on patterns that would be impossible for any human to find in that training data Resulting in an output of information that can be used as the human using the system deems appropriate.
It also has the ability to combine what is effectively traditional search , with that output, improving the context to the user.
Its greatest value may be the fact that it doesn’t constrain access by user. Anyone can use it.
But it is still very limited by its inability to use video as an input.
As the the technology improves , in the future , AI will be able to move from training on text and pictures to using real time and on demand video as a training source that may allow it to become a more valuable tool for users.
Ai does not have judgement , doesn’t know the consequences of its output , isn’t creative , can often be wrong.
But it will always have the ability to work at a level of detail and volume that is impossible for humans and as a result will be an increasingly valuable tool
a roman census required you to physically travel back to your hometown just to be counted. today you can vote in 14 states without showing any id at all.
Imagine getting into a Waymo/Cybercab and telling it where to go, only for it to argue with you about whether you should be allowed to get there.
That's where we are with frontier models that silently downgrade you mid-task. It begs the question, should companies limit or choose how much intelligence you can access?
Had the opportunity to tour the ICE facility in Rapid City today with @SecMullinDHS. Grateful for the men and women who help keep our country safe and secure.

Here is @JimEschenbaum admitting Thune said not to let Scott in.
We also saw the table with Scott’s picture printed out so people would recognize Scott.
What they didn’t count on was that drunk loser making a scene.
Why can’t they just tell the truth?
