@CrossCountryUK Started at Cardiff Central to Manchester Piccadilly but that obviously got cancelled, I’m now on the 19:01 from Birmingham New Street to Manchester Piccadilly. I’d prefer a refund for the ticket as I haven’t received the service I’ve paid for?

@bookingcom shocking customer service! I have been told I can amend a booking and then 20 minutes later after being on hold I’m told the “system can’t process it” and that’s just how it is. Shocking to say the least! Never again!
