This is 1 of 3 damages that my property sustained when the Commonwealth of Virginia delegated its authority to Washington Gas, a company controlled by Canadian parent @altagas.
On three separate occasions, I contacted @GovernorVA seeking involvement in this matter. Those emails were not only unanswered, but also unacknowledged.
Presently, I am contemplating severing all ties with the Commonwealth of Virginia, not because I dislike the Commonwealth, but because more than $60K has been drained from my life savings and the Government, which authorized this work, has been silent. I happen to be a disabled military veteran; however, this should not happen to anyone—any of us—on a project that we did not authorize. #votebasedonyourexperiences #responsivegovernment #affordability

@Smartsheet this is insanity - I have publicly called you out about how stupid your hurdles are to terminate a service. I have given you the order number and received a refund monthly, and yet, I was charged strong for a service mind you, that I haven’t used in a year. Fix this!
