• The greatest threat to success is boredom.

• Good habits can become routine, and eventually boring. Push through.

• Professionals stick to the schedule. Amateurs let life get in the way.

• Keep your identity small.

• An identity should be flexible rather than brittle.

• A lack of self awareness is poison.

• Take time to reflect and review your performance overtime.

• Creating or starting a habit. Make it obvious, make it attractive. Make it easy. Make it satisfying.

Sunday Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for delivering me from the spirit of fear through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Fill my heart with a holy fear of You so that I may turn away from sin and grow closer to You each day.

May nothing come between us or diminish the intimacy You desire to have with me.
