@WestJet it would be great if you honored your same day changes policy. Seems odd that when your customer reads your terms from your website that an agent can read a different set of rules and not make a simple change to take a later flight with 40 seats open.

@glenhansman Same thing happened w spring break. An extra week to figure it out and there was no plan. But why not start earlier? It seems to be out of line to throw that out there for some reason. If jobs were on the line like in other industries maybe the POV would change?

It feels like everyone is surprised that should be the case in 2020 and was waiting for everyone else to figure it out. That’s my whole point on leadership. This needs to be directed from the top. Right now who is accountable?

We are 5 months in and all we get is a promise for a plan. Sounds too familiar - just like back in Mar. We deserve everyone to get started on this now!

And no other profession I am aware has been able to hit the pause button to give them additional time. The rest of us have to keep going with pay cuts & reduced vacations and benefits.
