My summer time schedule has been looking like the following since summer started.
4:30am โ Up before God. Coffee's hot. House is quiet. This is my time.
5:00am ๐ป Emails answered. Feeling like a machine.
6:00am ๐ฅ BJJ class. Somebody's 140lb teenager tries to choke me. I survive. Barely. Back by 7:15.
7:30am ๐ฟ Shower. Kids wake up. The quiet is gone. Permanently.
7:45am ๐ง๐ง "DAAAAD I'M HUNGRY." I literally just got out of the shower. My towel is still on.
8:00am ๐ณ Make breakfast. Open laptop. Make more coffee.
8:30am โ๏ธ Kids are playing together. This is beautiful. I might actually get some work done.
8:31am ๐ฅ "HE TOOK MY THING!" "THAT'S MINE!" "DAAAAAAD!" That didn't last long.
9:00am ๐ On a leasing call. 5-year-old walks in, says nothing, just stares at me.
10:00am ๐งบ "Dad, Mom said don't forget to put in laundry." I do commercial real estate. I also put in laundry.
10:30am ๐บ "Dad watch this." It's a 4-minute YouTube video of slime. I watch the whole thing.
11:30am ๐ "DAD I'M HUNGRY AGAIN." It's been 45 minutes since breakfast. Metabolisms are different at 5.
1:15pm ๐ Wife is home. Mentally cooked. Sit at desk, Stare at the screen and tell myself I have to build the pipeline. Let's Go.

@realEstateTrent Stay home with the family and prepare, itโs a special time with the family that doesnโt happen often. Real estate and the conferences will always be around.
Happy Motherโs Day!
We set up gifts for my wife and right before she walked out my daughter yells โDad the flowers fell over and thereโs water everywhere!โ
Thatโs how our day started
Scheduled a tour last night for this morning at 9am.
Never met the Tenant Rep before but heโs an Army Vet as well.
Tour happens and then we stay in the parking lot and talk for another 20mins.
Good time!
Spring Break means kids go on site tours. Kids have such great memories.
We just arrived at our first stop this morning, 35 min drive, and my daughter said โremember that place that had the roaches!โ
We toured a 2nd gen restaurant like 3 yrs ago she remembered pretty much everything that happened that day.
@kenashley Listening to a book now and it mentioned how much time is wasted now doing video meetings. If people where in the office it would have been 5 minutes or less.
