@OctopusEnergy Hi @OctopusEnergy - problems again. The car didn’t stop charging when plugged in each day (in order to be smart charged overnight). Have removed the “device” and now get an error when trying to re-add. Are your systems working as expected right now?
Hi @OctopusEnergy and @g__j - I am having issues with my Intelligent Octopus tariff & have had friendly replies from the “normal” octopus customer service team, I’d really like some help from the Smart tariff team… several emails to them but no reply - any ideas? #smarttariff
