@gwr , Im on the 17.18 from paddington to Swansea, we have been transferred to the slow line and all the fast trains are going past us. Is there any reason why we have been put on the slow line and do you know how long the delay will be?

@GWRHelp I have received your email requesting credit card details for my refund and completed the links . The reply email has given me a new claim refund number. Can you confirm that it is not another 28 days from now and that you will be refunding shortly?

@GWRHelp The GWR email states it will only take 56 days if you want a cash refund, I do not. The GWR email last night said 29 days average. You tweeted upto 6 weeks only 3 days ago. Forgive me but what is the actual timeline?
