@dojaa_ggs@pmmbasketball buddy just compared the #2 overall draft pickto jordan pool. He was top 5 in high school as well. This is just an absolute lazy comparison. You can’t say he has more upside but then just compare him to a prospect like pool lol

@BrettSiegelNBA Now you’re calling me a horrible person. Man, I was talking about in general. I’m all set on this convo after attempting to have a good spirited back and forth with you. Stay blessed brother.
@BrettSiegelNBA getting surgery, resting, and prolonging their recovery because they WANTED to have a bottom 3 pick in this unbelievable draft. You don’t even believe what you just said to me. I’m not saying this system is perfect, but it’s MUCH needed until they find a better solution.
@UofBasketball A lot of those perpetually “terrible” teams will be forced to actually sign people and compete. Yes it’s possible, no more cleaning house trading for expiring contracts hoping to get a top 3 pick. You need to go out there and fight. They rewarded.
Feels like everyone hates this rule change but I like it. Games will actually matter for the whole season and teams won’t blatantly tank.
Engineering your team to be the worst it can possibly be is no longer a viable strategy and I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
@JasonPevitt@Wiz_Weekly a lot of those perpetually bad teams give up half way through the season and bench whatever stars they have available. Thats over. Go out there and compete.
@BrettSiegelNBA I understand your point, but you’re only looking at the negative side of it. You aren’t being objective and looking at it from the angle of teams being incentives to stay away from what the jazz were doing. Looking at the extremes and cherry picking is my issue.
