Burdened w/ glorious purpose / Co-host of fiction podcasts @TalkStrider & @UnboxingStory // #amwriting outlaw fiction like CANE & ABLE, now on KU & Audible
@REBELLER just helped me realize I #amwriting "outlaw fiction." All my main characters are trouble makers and my conscious says #iamnotokaywiththis but my heart says:

Theory: Male preachers are often afraid to preach straight at women.
So they leave it to the women’s ministry. Women’s ministry is then staffed by the least likely to say hard things because the whole operation is there to protect women from that.
@mattcrotts Yeah the ending bummed me out. I was really invested in Hal/Falstaff and I think the movie's message gets pretty muddled in the end. He and New French Wife also had zero chemistry and I'm not sure that was on purpose. lol.
@mattcrotts And Myra is such a lovable Falstaff. I need to get more of my inner city bros to check Kyrie out. We were all raised by jovial, salt of the earth ladies who forced us to stand up for ourselves. Forget "strong female" leads; we need more funny / smart femme fatales.
@mattcrotts I just watched this last week because I've been a Joel Edgerton stan since he wrote / starred in 'The Gift.' He plays Falstaff in this and he steals the movie, imo.
Oh and that "Make It England" speech was fire.
Can I kiss the YouTube algorithm? Is that possible?
