@SoEnergyUK 3 months plus without a bill… tweets ignored or if dm’d stock response of “looking into it” meter working fine as other apps can access the data. No reply to emails.. lack of response means no charge for a lack of service right….?

@SoEnergyUK I get that but it’s now been over two months - no Bills-all reading provided as you’ve not fixed the smart meter. I’ve given readings - you’ve not given bills. Direct debits paid. Is there compensation for inability to provide service?
