@DreamBiggerLLC Are there any cons to GSI? I currently tell all my residents to do it because our program has GSI. Would there be a scenario when a trainee gets a non-GSI product working at a program with GSI available?

@olsonplanner Very similar to me but with a 3.5% student loan interest rate I am slowly paying it off slightly ahead of schedule. Saving and investing the difference for a massive down payment to minimize the mortgage interest.

The language is really important here. They say “national parks” are exempt but don’t mention national forests because that’s exactly what they’re after.
