@ShaunMorash It’s absolutely an issue. How about it’s just something you don’t do. Common sense. Just like a million other things in life. Have it in the dugout or after the game. Maybe next time he can carry a water out there in his back pocket if he’s thirsty
@CMacWFAN Not saying time to boo but 1-14 with 8ks is unacceptable. Especially against the pirates. It’s a lot different than 1-14 with 3ks and moving guys over or at least putting ball in play and seeing what happens. Plus the horrible throws from third don’t help. Makes more than Judge.
@SNY_Mets Wtf is the point of that? Put him in the bullpen and call one of the kids up. Everyone does it except us. The guy is dogshit. He’s lucky he’s going to the pen if he does
@NYPost_Mets That makes sense. Need an extra infielder, add an outfielder who brings absolutely nothing to the table. Can’t play the field, can’t hit, don’t care if he’s a lefty. Can’t run. I’d rather see Carlos Mendoza pinch hit late in the game.
@PSLToFlushing This is ridiculous at this point. DJ Stewart serves zero purpose on this team and serves even less purpose when they need to add an infielder for the time being. He doesn’t deserve to play over a single guy on the roster. Vogelbach reincarnated
@bcb169@SteveGelbs Or better yet, how about DJ Stewart. Vogelbach 2.0. Not saying luchessi was anything special but there were certainly better options
@bcb169@SteveGelbs You can’t tell me that the promise of luchessi, while not great isn’t better than the promise of diekman. Diekman is straight up dogshit. Diekman has an era over 5 throwing 10 pitches a game.
@GaryMyersNY Maybe they wanted someone with a pulse. Someone who would stand up for their guys when they continuously get hit with pitches. Or when they get tossed whether right or wrong.
@WFAN660 Vogelbach makes me miss John Mayberry Jr. Drew smith is the pitching equivalent of Vogelbach. How do these guys have jobs? I’d rather see Buck take 3 ABs than Vogey. Vientos must really know how to keep a seat warm. This is a joke.
@mikemayer22 This is ridiculous. Baty is not a platoon player and if he was the other half of the platoon should be better than a guy hitting about .200 over the last 2 years. Should we sit Pete against righties too? And why is Alvarez even up at this point?
