On mLink I think I can buy a ticket. But the only options I see for return tickets seem to be for off-peak and I cannot check train times. I am baffled.

I am beyond confused by @Translink_NI’s apps and purchase methods. There are two apps.

Translink Journey Planner and Translink mLink.

On journey planner I can check train times and purchase a ticket. But it’s not actually a ticket, it’s a QR code that lets me redeem a ticket.

Now over a week since bags went missing with @British_Airways. We’ve had 2 out 3 returned. No clarity on the final one. They don’t seem to know where it is. And don’t seem particularly concerned with finding it. Cool.

Now into day three with no baggage from @British_Airways. No info on their online portal, no one on the phones has any info either. 7 flights from LHR>BHD today (at least 4 yesterday) and no clarity on getting bags. What a truly infuriating customer experience.
