@apartmentonsale Nice apartments but I wonder if condos/apartments in UG design areas to hang laundry and also have rules against hanging laundry on the main balconies. Paying $100K-$300K and coming home to peoples underwears hanging from balconies ruins the ambiance of a luxury setting. :-(

@apartmentonsale For the 2 & 3 brs plans of Victoria Square the primary bedrooms are lacking when it comes to closet space, ony the 1 br condo plan has good walking closet space. If you are paying more for more a bigger space then the closet spaces also need to reflect that, correct?!

Newly elected Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye surprised everyone by announcing a very unusual decision: he no longer wants to be greeted by military and civilian authorities at the airport during his official trips. He doesn't want important people mobilized just to welcome him at the airport. He thinks these people have more important things to do. So, he decided that he would arrive and depart from the airport without any fuss. No formal greetings, no ceremonies, just him and his team. This measure aims to save time for executives who were often mobilized to welcome him. They will now be able to go about their business rather than waiting for the president at the airport. But most importantly save tens of thousands of dollars for these acts of patronage that many African rulers love so much to show power.

Today the market had many Hipro Zone opportunities. I focused on gold (XU & XE)....activated PS2K & started harvesting pips like crazy! Reached my MDT (Max Daily Trades) reset & went back in for 2nd run but quickly got out as resistance was being approached. Did u trade? 🦾💹
