@harrym_vids The whole system needs scrapping and starting again. It’s far too confusing. How about a pence per mile like electric vehicles will have where the amount is set by emissions data. Stop penalising those who have a high emissions car but barely use them.
@MrJamesMay I really don’t like the ‘key word’ to make them listen. I think I can just about get on with ones where you press a steering wheel button to make them listen. Also the frequent misunderstandings and wordy responses make the experience frustrating.
@Autoglass time estimates suck. Told to expect the guy to be with me 1:15-3:40. Call them at 4:15 and they say he will be with me in 10 minutes. Get a message from him at 4:37 to say he’ll be here in 20 minutes. Still 5 minutes away as I write this at 4:58. Do better.
@Eurostar we get it that there are delays. However, the lack of useful information on your app, website and by customer announcements is awful in this day and age. Honestly, sort that out and the service will be much improved.

Currently having an awful first experience with @Amtrak. Our train is now 95 minutes delayed and the time has changed around 8 times so far with no information. Could not recommend.
Yet again been screwed over by @AldiUK and @TooGoodToGo. I really must recommend to people that you do not use Too Good To Go. The process is screwed up and when it goes wrong they just do not care.
Amazing how the British MSM has suddenly got quite good at explaining tariffs when they were so bad at explaining the effect of leaving the European Single Market.
@TooGoodToGo@AldiUK Looks like the @AldiUK store manager lied to me about it being cancelled hours earlier. I got the email saying it was cancelled just after the store staff went to get her. Funny that. Really unhappy about this Aldi and @TooGoodToGo.
@TooGoodToGo@AldiUK for the second time now I’ve gone to collect a 2good2go order to be told “it was cancelled”. We saw no notification it was cancelled. We even got the reminder to go and collect it from the app. You keep wasting my time and fuel. Going to pay me for that?
