@HMRCcustomers my wife is claiming MA. She is receiving the statuary amount but we need to pay NI early to potentially get a higher reward. Our letter stated that HMRC would send a letter within 10 working days, which you haven’t. Please advise our next step. Thanks

@easyJet my wife flys to Amsterdam Friday morning. The person booking it has use her married name which doesn’t match her passport. Is there an easy way to solve this?
@SkyHelpTeam sky q box was perfectly fine last night. Today it’s completely reset to factory settings. We’ve lost all recorded programmes and purchases, had to re-pair the remote, connect to WiFi, etc. no apps working either at the moment
