@CTW_SMB It means the competition in the industry is already five years ahead of you on Day 1 because they were treating it like the active business it is...
@MarkMcGrathCFP What got you to test now? (Don't answer if you don't want to share.) One of our kiddos (8 yrs old) just went on some meds for this...I'd bet she isn't alone in the family too.
@MeChrisKimbell Know what you need it to solve most (ours was workflow, portal/time/billings/etc was secondary or already solved elsewhere). Pick the one that does that best and work with what you've got for the secondary needs.
@MarkMcGrathCFP No. We are "members" who pay housing charges and not tenants. The co-op owns the land and building. So it's effectively a nonprofit for your own housing. It ain't capitalism but it has been great for our family and community (and we pay a ton less than any other option).
@MarkMcGrathCFP@AaronHectorCFP It doesn't help that corporate instalments are monthly but personal instalments are quarterly. CRA is better at reminders for personal instalments though.
@EndresenHeather@blueprintsmb22 Do buyers typically take a salary from EBITDA while paying this off, or are they 'self funded' personally while paying the loan off?
