Also I find it amusing that within moments of ending the second to last call I received a customer survey, but this last one where I am upset I haven't got one yet.
@ZelleSupport I just finished 4 calls with Zelle support as a new user and in the end was asked a bunch of personal questions to verify myself. I was then told that the system couldn't verify me and that she couldn't provide any additional support. WTF!?
