@DanielleMorrill@gitlab We had one at Box (kinda) and that team was hugely impactful. The very definition of iterative development, experiments in production, and revenue-driven decision making. IMO they need go be a part of the R&D org, but funded by GTM, to be successful

@DanielleMorrill Too far in either direction is bad; seems like theres probably some spot in the middle and red flags abound if you've got more money than sense (too few people), or you can't afford to keep / pay them (too many people)
