Agreed, but I think too many times, the 'smart' numbers are not allowed to be played out enough. I really admire Knoblauch in many ways, but his treatment and deployment of young players along with his line and pair matching seems haphazard and chaotic at times.

Are we witnessing the Alex Regula pop in real time. Still work to do on skating and defensive rush reads but he and Nurse are driving possession, he makes 3-4 puck plays a game that widen the eyes and now is playing 20 minutes plus per game.
