I have never doubted my ability to be an excellent attorney. I do, however, continuously doubt that I passed the bar exam. That alone should say something about the test's efficacy. Anecdotal evidence is still evidence, and here "n" is far greater than 1.

@Mizzou @MIZ_ISC_2020 This is absurd. His comment may have been in poor taste, but he was clearly joking and meant no harm. He could have easily made the same comment about students from states within the US that have severe outbreaks right now. He is an excellent teacher and did not deserve this.

At the very least, shouldn't Supreme Courts give diploma privilege to in-state law grads? How can you allow people to graduate from a law school in your state, then tell them they haven't shown minimal competence? Shouldn't this be true any year, but especially 2020 given COVID?
