Before my 'mild infection' I was a healthy fit 30 year old biking 10 miles a day. Now I can't work or leave the house. I still can't breathe right. It‘s a nightmare.

My student was in the middle of taking the Nebraska bar exam today, a proctor interrupted her exam to take her temperature, she tested at 101, and she was escorted from the exam. (And no, she does not have Covid.)

At this point state boards of bar examiners should probably just come right out and say that they don't think that disabled and immunocompromised people (or people with disabled or immunocompromised loved ones) deserve to be lawyers.

Forcing people to take a pointless test is one thing. But forcing them to do so under dangerous conditions is something else altogether.

I called the NYBOLE - vaxed and unvaxed people will be seated next to each other. You have to wear a face covering but there’s no requirement about its quality. There’s no information available about ventilation. So basically, it’s the same as schools; we’ve seen how that’s gone.

Oh my GOD I want to scream. I cannot believe they are doing this again. This is the fourth subsequent test administration that they've screwed around with examinees' lives and livelihoods with absolute impunity.

@JFKairport @JetBlue @TSA your “system” for helping people with disabilities get to their flights is wildly, unconscionably ableist. It is abhorrent that you treat people like this.

This “system” is ableist and infuriating. People who need wheelchairs should not be pushed into corners or left in the middle of walkways, yelled at, or insulted due to their disability. This is not what ADA compliance looks like. @JFKairport, what is wrong with you?

4. On the other side, he was screamed at by @tsa employees when he struggled to put his shoes and belt back on. He was told he was “in the way” and told to “just” stumble further to a bench so he wouldn’t inconvenience anyone.

Lowest current estimate = 12 million Americans with Long Covid. 3.6% of the country, 1 in 27 people. The majority can’t work fulltime. Many need caretakers. What’s the plan?
