By now many have seen this.
To be honest, I only know about it because several people dm'd it to me knowing I'm in the industry.
I'm not tagging anyone in this post because I already made a phone call. I'm merely encouraging everyone else to email. Below is the management team for the news station.
The most important thing in sending an email or even making a post is not sounding like you're a ticked off significant other or family member.
No cursing.
Facts only and what you expect like a retraction or a formal apology.

Dear..... or you can use, Station Management,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding comments made by news anchor James Eppler during a recent broadcast of Good Day Lubbock. On *date* at *time*, Mr. Eppler made highly disparaging, unverified and racist remarks regarding BTS' collaboration with OREO brand by Mondelēz International. As a news anchor, Mr. Eppler is expected to maintain journalism ethics and objective standards. His public commentary crossed the line from professional reporting into personal bias, unfairly damaging the reputation of a product, country and BTS as artists.
I request that station leadership review the broadcast tape from this segment. Furthermore, I ask that the station issue a public apology and correction on-air to remedy these misleading statements.
Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response detailing how this will be addressed.
Sincerely,
Oreo Customer Support Email [email protected]
Mondelēz Media Relations Email: For matters regarding corporate image [email protected]
There are probably other resources on their actual pages that I have not been to yet.
This is all I have for now. Whether you're tagging them in a post, calling or emailing. You get taken more seriously if your professional rather than disparaging.
I did purposely crop the name out so Thanks to Kitteewhysker for the video.

.@fox34@GrayMediaGTN you need to address the racist you have on the air in Lubbock. And @TTU_CoMC he’s also a professor. Start with an apology from @JamesEppler but removal from his position would probably be best if he cant be trusted not to blurt racist comments on air
