Anyone billed Medicare for assessments using CPT code 97750? PTs in my clinic bill Medicare for stuff like ROM/MMT but they say it's untimed

Do your CIs bill Medicare for re-evals? No one does that in my clinic. I don't think this was covered in John Wallace's lectures.
