This is a very easy 9.5/10. It’s a mystery where all of your questions actually get answered!!! Some very early on. This story is bananas and I loved every second of it and couldn’t put it down once I picked it up! I also liked that it was written from multiple POV’s.

I’ll give this a 5/10. Personally wouldn’t classify it as a thriller; pretty boring up until the last few chapters where everything just happened really fast and it kind of left me confused. But very interesting to learn about the gentrification of primarily black neighborhoods!
