@TheRangeUK I am no 50 in the queue to speak to you about missing furniture delivery, which was a day late. Then only 1 of 3 boxes arrived, the courier has no idea where the remaining boxes are. Filled in a form which says you will get back to me in 4 days! Not great.

@NocturneLive Lionel Cancellation? Total ticket purchase £332.50 GBP, amount refunded £300.00 GBP. Erm what about booking fee, not our fault got cancelled again, who keeps that money, never rec'd printed tickets? So
2 annual cancellations have cost me £32.50? Not good!
