@NewsLambert D.R Horton had stopped building on a development for about a year in South Walton, and now it’s go time and they are starting to build again and starting completion of 2 other developments.

The market here has definitely heated up.
Last November DOM was 235 now 127.

Most are scams. Especially if they make ridiculous claims like “improving X by 200%”.

Supplements only give about a 5% edge & most supplements pixie dust (under dose) the actual product by hiding it under “Proprietary Blend” so the don’t disclose how little of it is in there.

Also, no evidence that taking collagen powder will result in more collagen in your skin, so yeah, that’s also a scam.

Biggest scam is detox supplements. If your liver & kidneys can’t detox your body, you need a hospital, not a detox supplement.

@texasrunnerDFW @GrahamStephan Perhaps also allow all existing home loans to be assumed by 1st time home buyers. I know the issue is paying the gap, but maybe allow a 2nd loan for the gap.
Not saying this is the right idea, but the idea just popped in my head. Your thoughts?
