Eric is lucky because he got the right people in his network to pay personal attention to his case.

But we shouldn't have to rely on knowing the right people or them knowing you. Folks should be able to understand why their account was being suspended and what is the proper - as in actually being reviewed by a competent human or AI - way to fix it in the case of mistaken take down.

People shouldn't be left at the mercy and whimsy of the local feudal lord.
