@tardbug @RM_Transit Hello fellow Annexite, you are 100% right! I was recently at a development meeting for some apartments on lowther (yay!) and walmer (demoviction, boo!) where a York PhdD student and renter argued we should keep the Annex low density and resist densification efforts.
