Repite conmigo, en pacientes con Lesión Cerebral Traumática (Trauma Craneoencefálico Pa’ los cuates):
NO administren Ninguna Solución que tenga una osmolaridad menor o igual a la sangre (Hartmann ❌ , Balanceadas❌ <300 mOsml/L) porque se le va a hinchar más el cerebro 🧠 💧
en cambio, la Solución Salina 0.9% se asocia a una menor mortalidad ✔️ (308 mOsml/L), ya que, comparado con el resto, evita un poco más la formación de edema, reteniendo el H2O dentro de los vasos sanguíneos
menos le vayan a poner Dextrosa al 5%, porque me ha tocado…
y como tip extra, mantener el sodio sérico en cifras normal altas (140-145 meq/L) es bastante adecuado, si lo llevan a Hipernatremia con Sol. Hipertonica por ej, tardará más en despertar…
