Orders were cancelled bc there wasn’t inventory. no solutions were provided and I was told to end the phone call because no solutions other than a refund were going to be provided. What is the point of offering Walmart+ / pre- #blackfridaydeals if you over-sell and cancel them??

Super disappointed by @walmart today #blackfriday #blackfridayfail #nintendo I ordered the Switch bundle on 11/22 as a Walmart+ member and it was set to ship to me, I received a text today that it was cancelled because I didn’t pick it up….

I immediately called customer service and was told @Walmart had a glitch in their system that cancelled many orders but the switch bundle was sold out and all they could do was refund my money. I requested a Supervisor and was told they were all in meetings

Then I was told that a sup wouldn’t have a solution and I shouldn’t wait. I asked to file a claim, get a rain check, ANY solution…None were given. After 30 min on hold a supervisor came on and said it was NOT a glitch on Walmart’s end and I must have been told wrong.

@MiserablyG @Walmart Same thing happened to me and no one would help me. I finally went to @GameStop and got one. Horrible customer service @Walmart - was l told all supervisors were in meetings, then the sup that did get on with me switched the story and said it wasn’t a glitch in their system.

@AmyMcCreadyPPS Don’t stress the kid out over grade level expectations IMO. focus on positives, not grades and things to focus on more - like having a set reading time at home, etc. or other ways the parents and teachers have discussed helping the child. Involve them in solutions
